Manoko provides both short-term and long-term therapy, using evidence-based interventions supported by research. Her primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT). She integrates other therapeutic modalities as needed to suit each client's unique needs.

Manoko holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is registered as a counselling psychologist with the HPCSA (PS 0133060). She also completed a post-qualification in Human-Centric Digital Transformation from the Northwest University Business School, as well as a teacher's pedagogical qualification from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
She is currently employed as a student practitioner at an institution of higher learning, where she contributes to programmes focused on Mental Health, Gender-Based Violence, and teaching and learning.
